Prices apply to the standard scope described on each page. Total scope and price are confirmed in writing before work begins. Government, payer, licensing, software, clearinghouse, postage, and other third-party charges are excluded unless expressly stated.
Third-party fees are not included unless stated otherwise. If a payer, government agency, licensing body, or other organization requires a separate fee, Marlien will tell you before it is incurred. You will normally pay that organization directly.
Cancel future work at any time. Fees for completed milestones, submitted applications, the current maintenance period, and incurred third-party charges remain subject to your service agreement.
