Marlien / Laboratory enrollment
Move your laboratory from readiness to payer enrollment.
Marlien coordinates CLIA readiness, Medicare 855B, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment while keeping each requirement and next step visible.
Custom quoteLaboratory scope varies, so the fee is confirmed in writing before work begins.

What commonly delays laboratory enrollment
Certificate type, address, and laboratory director details must match the enrollment record.
Institutional providers such as laboratories may owe a CMS application fee. Marlien confirms the current requirement before filing.
Laboratories use Medicare 855B and payer requirements that differ from individual provider enrollment.
Commercial laboratory networks may be limited. Network availability is reviewed before an application is prepared.
Application submission commitment
How the commitment works
Start date: the later of our written confirmation that required documents are complete and the first date a payer allows filing.
Due date: 10 business days after the start date.
If we miss it: the engagement receives three additional months of credentialing maintenance at no charge. This applies once per engagement and is the sole remedy for a missed submission deadline.
What payers decide
Approval, network participation, processing time, and effective dates belong to the payer. Marlien does not guarantee them. The remedy covers Marlien's submission timing only.
